Haha. Anyways, since I saw the “War-in-laws 我的野蛮奶奶” trailer on TV just now, I might as well help to promote it. mwhahahaha… [Another drama not to miss is 少年杨家将 (airing soon!!! ^^)]
That was the drama that I went crazy for Bosco Wong (黄宗泽) [as in I keep watching dramas with him, like 溏心风暴，千谎百计，赌场风云⋯⋯]; besides that drama was also the turning point of his career. ^^ ( Ya ya ya, I love 林峰 too. lols. Both of them are my fave younger generation of actors in TVB station XD)

Anyway, “War-In-Laws” is a Hong Kong period drama, so for those who abhor period dramas, I supposed you can opt to watch the sequel “War-In-Laws 2/野蠻奶奶大戰戈師奶” though I think the period drama is much better. lols. ^^|||
Well, the story is actually quite simple.
“ 生于上等旗人之家的喜塔腊˙铄兰(汪明荃)自恃着格格的身分，四十多年来横行霸道，极尽野蛮之能事。兰儿子宁茂春(黄宗泽)到了适婚年龄，兰为他强抢来一位她认为是全京城最好的媳妇，岂料阴差阳错，儿子竟辗转娶了山寨王之女田力(胡杏儿)。
兰吹毛求疵，但一山还有一山高，力亦不是温婉和顺之辈，婆媳各不相让，终日吵吵闹闹，叫懦弱、缺乏主见的春左要遵循母命，右要讨好老婆。
却原来一切皆是掩饰，春其实武功高强，且背负着不为人知的秘密……”

heh. It’s quite an enjoyable period drama to watch, pretty short and sweet and funny too. ^^ And I love the chemistry between the lead couple — Bosco & Myolie Wu（胡杏儿）. ^^ hahaha… What triggers me to watch the sequel is also due to the chemistry between them. =)))
Of course, not to forget the cute sassy mother — 汪明筌 is the soul of this drama. XD I love the father too, haha. Just that the sassy in-law is much of the main focus of the whole show. =
